About 4 Points

What makes 4 Points different from other Smoky Mountain wedding venues?

4 Points is designed to give couples the beauty and atmosphere of a Smoky Mountain destination wedding without making the planning feel complicated. Our property sits in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, with views of Mt. Le Conte, a creekside ceremony area, wildflower fields, wooded spaces, and plenty of beautiful spots for photos.

We also believe your wedding should feel like your wedding. You aren't locked into a specific caterer, décor package, or vendor list. We provide many of the essentials—including tables, chairs, linens, décor, parking, cleanup, rehearsal time, and more—while giving you the freedom to personalize the rest.

And perhaps most importantly, our pricing is straightforward. We don't charge per guest, add hidden venue fees, or charge sales tax. We want you to know what you're getting from the beginning so you can spend your time planning the fun parts.

Where is 4 Points located?

4 Points is located in Sevierville, Tennessee, in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. We're conveniently located for couples planning a destination wedding in the Smoky Mountain area, with easy access to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Although we're close to all the attractions, restaurants, cabins, and entertainment that make the Smokies such a popular destination, our property feels tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

It's a little bit of Smoky Mountain destination and a little bit of peaceful escape—which is exactly how we like it.

Does 4 Points have Smoky Mountain views?

Yes! 4 Points offers beautiful blue mountain views of the Smoky Mountains, including Mt. Le Conte in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Our setting is in the foothills of the Smokies, so you get that beautiful mountain backdrop without being tucked away on a steep mountain road. The property also offers a variety of natural settings, including fields, woods, our creek side ceremony area, and the fountained still pool.

The scenery changes beautifully with the seasons, making 4 Points a wonderful setting for weddings throughout the year.

How many weddings do you host at a time?

When you celebrate at 4 Points, the property is yours for your wedding. You won't be sharing the ceremony site, reception space, parking area, or photo locations with another wedding taking place at the same time.

We think your wedding deserves to feel like the only wedding in the room—and on the property.

How many guests can 4 Points accommodate?

Our ballroom comfortably accommodates up to 200 guests for a wedding reception.  Each outdoor space can accommodate the same.

The ballroom measures approximately 64 feet by 50 feet, giving you plenty of room for guest tables, a dance floor, DJ or band, buffet, bar, and all the moments that make a reception feel like a celebration.

If you're planning a smaller wedding, the space works beautifully for that too. You don't have to fill the room to make it feel special.

Is 4 Points a good option for a destination wedding?

Absolutely. 4 Points is located in Sevierville, Tennessee, making it a convenient home base for couples bringing family and friends to the Smoky Mountains for their wedding.

There are countless cabins, vacation rentals, hotels, restaurants, attractions, and activities nearby, so your guests can turn your wedding into a fun weekend or vacation.

At the same time, our property gives you a peaceful place to celebrate away from the crowds. You can have your ceremony surrounded by the beauty of the Smoky Mountains, celebrate with your favorite people, and then head back to nearby accommodations when the party is over.

It's a destination wedding without requiring your guests to travel to the other side of the world.

Is 4 Points wheelchair and handicap accessible?

Yes! Accessibility is important to us, and the main wedding spaces at 4 Points are ADA compliant and designed to be comfortable and accessible for guests with mobility needs.

We have accessible parking, a ramp leading into the venue, wide doorways, and a dedicated ADA-compliant bathroom. Our ballroom and the attached patio are both easily accessible, making it possible for guests using wheelchairs or other mobility devices to comfortably enjoy the reception and the outdoor patio area.

Our creek side ceremony site does have stairs on the bridge, so it isn't the best option for guests who cannot navigate stairs. If accessibility is a concern for anyone in your group, we're happy to help you plan your ceremony in one of our accessible spaces instead.

We want everyone—from grandparents to little ones—to feel comfortable, included, and able to enjoy the celebration. If you have a guest with specific accessibility needs, just let us know. We're happy to talk through the property with you and help you choose the best spaces for your wedding.

Why should I choose 4 Points for my wedding?

Your wedding should feel joyful, easy, and uniquely yours—and that's exactly what we strive to create at 4 Points Farm.

Nestled on 10 scenic acres in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, our venue offers breathtaking views of Mt. Le Conte, elegant indoor and outdoor ceremony options, and a beautiful reception space designed for celebrations of all sizes. We combine the beauty of a Smoky Mountain destination wedding with the convenience of an easily accessible location near Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville.

We also believe that planning your wedding should be straightforward and stress-free. That's why our pricing is simple and transparent. We don't charge per guest, and you'll never be surprised by hidden venue fees. You'll know exactly what's included before you book, making it easier to plan your budget with confidence.

Every couple has a different vision, so we give you the flexibility to create a celebration that reflects your style and priorities. Whether you're planning a DIY wedding, bringing in vendors you've carefully selected, or looking for recommendations, we're here to help. You're welcome to choose your own professional vendors, explore our list of trusted local favorites, or introduce us to someone new—we're always happy to work with talented wedding professionals.

To ensure every couple receives the attention they deserve, we host only one event on our property at a time. From your first tour to your final dance, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the property and a team that's committed to making the planning process organized, enjoyable, and personal.

At 4 Points Farm, we believe exceptional weddings begin with beautiful surroundings, honest communication, and genuine hospitality. Our goal is simple: to provide an unforgettable setting where you can celebrate with the people you love—without unnecessary stress, unexpected costs, or unnecessary restrictions.

Pricing & What's Included

What is included with the venue rental?

Quite a lot! We want you to spend your wedding budget on the things that matter most to you—not on a long list of basic rental items.

Your venue rental includes:

  • Tables
  • Chiavari chairs
  • White and dark brown garden chairs
  • Linens
  • Bar furniture
  • Sound system
  • Arbors
  • Decorative barrels
  • Parking
  • Cleanup
  • Rehearsal time
  • And a collection of décor items, including LED candles, candle holders, greenery, neutral florals, signs, easels, log rounds, lanterns, and more

We provide the essentials while still giving you the freedom to bring in your own vendors, décor, and personal touches.

In other words, you get a beautiful starting point without having to start from scratch.

How much does it cost to rent 4 Points?

Our venue pricing ranges from $3,399 to $5,399, depending on the season and day of the week. We intentionally offer different pricing throughout the year so couples have options when choosing a date that fits both their vision and their budget.

Current venue pricing:

March–September
• Saturday — $4,899
• Friday/Sunday — $4,099
• Weekday — $3,899

October–November
• Saturday — $5,399
• Friday/Sunday — $4,599
• Weekday — $4,399

December–February
• Saturday — $4,399
• Friday/Sunday — $3,599
• Weekday — $3,399

And here's something we're pretty passionate about: the price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees, no service charges, and no sales tax added to your venue rental.

We also don't charge by the number of guests you invite, so your venue price doesn't go up simply because your guest list does.

But honestly, we'd rather not have you choose 4 Points based on a number alone. We'd love the opportunity to show you what you get for that investment. From tables, chairs and linens to décor, cleanup, parking, rehearsal time, arbors, bar furniture and more, we've included many of the things couples would otherwise have to rent separately.

If you're considering 4 Points, reach out and tell us a little about your wedding. We'd be happy to talk through your date, your plans and what you're looking for—and show you why we think 4 Points might be a really great fit for your celebration.

Do you charge per guest?

One of the things couples appreciate most about 4 Points is that we don't charge per person.

Whether you invite 75 guests or 175 guests, your venue rental isn't calculated by multiplying a per-person price. That makes it much easier to understand your venue cost while you're building your overall wedding budget.

It also means that adding a few more friends or family members doesn't automatically mean adding another venue charge.

Are there hidden fees?

No.

We believe wedding venue pricing should be straightforward and easy to understand. We don't add surprise venue fees after you've booked, and we don't charge a per-person venue fee.

We also do not charge sales tax on our venue rental.

Our goal is for you to know what you're paying for from the beginning—not discover additional charges as your wedding date gets closer.

Are tables and chairs included?

Yes! Tables and chairs are included with your venue rental.

We provide tables for your reception and other event needs, along with Chiavari chairs and garden chairs for your ceremony or reception.

That means you don't have to coordinate a separate rental company just to get the basic furniture you'll need for your wedding.

Are linens and decor included?

Yes. Linens are included, along with a collection of décor items that you are welcome to use as part of your wedding.

Our included décor includes items such as LED candles, candle holders, greenery, neutral florals, signs, easels, log rounds, lanterns, and other decorative pieces.

We intentionally keep the décor collection neutral so you can add your own flowers, colors, and personal touches rather than being locked into a particular wedding style.

Think of it as a head start—not a restriction.

Is cleanup included?

Yes! Cleanup is included with your venue rental.

We take care of the venue cleanup so you and your family aren't spending the end of your wedding night hauling trash away, breaking down tables, or worrying about getting the venue back in order.

We ask you to get your trash into trashcans and move out any items you brought from home. We'll take it from there.

You should be on the dance floor—not cleaning it.

Is a rehearsal included?

Yes! Rehearsal time the day before your wedding is included with your venue rental—and it's something that sets 4 Points apart from many other Smoky Mountain wedding venues.

Having the venue available the day before your wedding gives you more than just an opportunity to practice walking down the aisle. It's a chance to slow down, walk through your plans, get comfortable in the space, and make sure everyone knows what to expect before the big day arrives.

Destination weddings can involve a lot of moving parts, and having extra time at the venue is especially valuable when you're bringing family and friends in from out of town. You can walk through the ceremony, practice the processional and recessional, review where everyone needs to be, or simply take a few minutes to make sure you feel confident about how everything will flow.

It's one less thing to figure out on your wedding day—and one more opportunity to enjoy the place where you're about to say "I do."

Planning Your Wedding

Do I need to hire a wedding planner?

No, a wedding planner is not required at 4 Points.

Some couples love having a professional handle every detail, while others enjoy planning their wedding themselves. And with destination weddings, we've found that couples often create a wonderful team of their own—parents, siblings, friends, and other family members can be a huge help.

We also have a list of wedding professionals we've worked with and love, so you don't have to start your search from scratch. Our vendor list includes trusted options for everything from catering and photography to florals, planning, entertainment, and more.

Think of us as a resource, not a rulebook. You can use our recommendations, bring in your own professionals, or enlist the people you love to help.

Can I choose my own wedding vendors?

Absolutely! This is your wedding, and you have the freedom to choose the people you want by your side.

We maintain a list of amazing vendors we've worked with and trust, and we're happy to share those recommendations with you. Especially if you're planning your wedding from out of town, having a list of people we've already had great experiences with can make the process much easier.

But you're never required to choose from our list. You can bring in a professional you've discovered on your own, work with someone you've used before, or even have a talented friend or family member help with certain aspects of your wedding.

And here's something fun: our preferred vendor list isn't set in stone. We love discovering new wedding professionals. If you bring someone to 4 Points who impresses us with their professionalism, service, and work, they may just become someone we're excited to recommend to our future couples!

We give you great resources—and you get the freedom to make the final choices.

Can I DIY my wedding decor?

You can bring your own décor, create your own centerpieces, make your own signage, or add those personal details that make your wedding feel uniquely yours. Friends and family are welcome to help, too.

We also provide a collection of décor items as part of your venue rental, including LED candles, candle holders, greenery, neutral florals, signs, easels, log rounds, lanterns, and more.

So you can use what we have, bring your own, hire a professional—or mix all three.

There isn't one “right” way to decorate 4 Points. We give you a beautiful starting point and the freedom to make it your own.

Do you have recommended wedding vendors?

We sure do—and we're happy to share them!

Over the years, we've had the opportunity to work with some wonderful wedding professionals, and we've created a list of vendors we know and trust. It's a great resource if you're planning a destination wedding or simply don't want to spend hours searching for the right people.

Our list includes options for services such as catering, photography, florals, planning, entertainment, and more.

But our list is a resource, not a requirement. You are welcome to choose one of our recommended vendors, bring in a professional you've found yourself, or ask a talented friend or family member to help.

We're also always open to meeting new wedding professionals. When someone comes to 4 Points and consistently delivers an exceptional experience, they may find themselves added to our preferred vendor list.

Do you offer all-inclusive wedding packages?

We don't offer a single, one-size-fits-all all-inclusive package—but we can absolutely help you create an all-inclusive wedding experience.

One of the advantages of choosing 4 Points is that you get to decide how much help you want. Some couples love being involved in every detail. Others would much rather hand the planning over to a professional and enjoy the fun parts.

If you're looking for a more hands-off experience, our recommended coordinators are a great place to start. Several of the professionals on our vendor list offer all-inclusive or full-service packages that can coordinate everything from food and flowers to music, décor, rentals, and more, while working within the budget you've established.

And if you prefer to be more involved, you have that freedom too. You can choose individual vendors, bring in your own professionals, have friends and family pitch in, or handle some of the details yourself.

You don't have to know exactly how you want to plan your wedding before you choose 4 Points. We'll help you understand your options and connect you with resources that fit the way you want to celebrate.

Whether you want to plan every detail yourself or say, “Here's my budget—please help me make it beautiful,” there's a path that can work for you at 4 Points.

How long is the venue rental?

Your wedding day rental time at 4 Points is 12:00 PM–11:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to settle in, celebrate, and enjoy your day without feeling rushed.

We also understand that getting a wedding ready takes a village! Designated helpers and vendors may have access as early as 10:30 AM to begin preparations while we finish our final work at the venue. Our goal is to have everything ready for the bridal party when your rental time begins at noon.

That extra time can be especially helpful for decorating, arranging personal details, getting the tables set, and making those final touches before your wedding day officially gets underway.

With your venue time running until 11:00 PM, you'll have the afternoon and evening to enjoy your ceremony, reception, dinner, dancing, and all the moments in between—without trying to squeeze your entire wedding into a few short hours.

Are there additional fees at 4 Points?

No. We believe you should know exactly what you're paying for before you book.

At 4 Points Farm, our pricing is clear, transparent, and easy to understand. We don't charge per guest, and we don't surprise couples with unexpected venue fees after they've signed a contract. Your rental price and any optional add-ons are discussed upfront, so you can plan your wedding budget with confidence.

If an expense isn't part of your venue package—such as catering, custom florals, or entertainment—you'll work directly with those vendors and know their pricing before making any decisions.

We believe planning your wedding should be exciting, not stressful. That's why we're committed to honest communication, straightforward pricing, and no hidden fees.

What happens if it rains our our wedding day?

Rain doesn't have to put a damper on your wedding day.

At 4 Points Farm, we always have a beautiful backup plan. If the weather doesn't cooperate, your ceremony can be held in our elegant, climate-controlled ballroom, ensuring you and your guests stay comfortable while celebrating in a beautiful setting.

Many couples find that an indoor ceremony can be just as romantic and memorable as an outdoor one.  Our easy indoor option allows you to focus on enjoying your day rather than watching the forecast.

The best part? You won't have to scramble to find a last-minute solution. Your rain plan is built into your wedding day, giving you peace of mind no matter what Mother Nature has in store.

Food, Catering & Bar

Can we choose our own caterer?

We don't require you to use a specific caterer. You are welcome to choose from our list of recommended caterers, bring in a caterer you've worked with before, or find someone new who fits your wedding and your budget.

If you're planning from out of town, our preferred vendor list is a great place to start. These are caterers we've worked with and have had good experiences with, so you don't have to begin your search from scratch.

And just like with our other vendors, we're always happy to meet new professionals. If a caterer impresses us with great food, professionalism, and service, they may find their way onto our preferred vendor list!

Can we bring our own food?

We want you to have flexibility when it comes to your wedding menu. You are welcome to bring in your own food or having friends and family contribute to your celebration, as long as there is no on-site cooking.

For couples who don't want to worry about preparing or coordinating food themselves, we have wonderful caterers on our preferred vendor list who can take care of everything from appetizers and dinner to setup and cleanup.

Whether you want a professionally catered meal, something more casual, or a menu that feels completely unique to your family, we'll help you understand your options.

Do you have recommended caterers?

We've worked with a variety of caterers and have put together a list of professionals who can be a great resource for our couples.

This is especially helpful for destination weddings. Instead of spending hours searching the internet for caterers you've never met, you can start with people who are already familiar with 4 Points and the way weddings here work.

You'll find different styles and price points on our list, so you can look for the right fit for your wedding. Contact us, and I can send over some sample menus.

And remember, our preferred vendor list isn't a requirement or a closed door. If you've found a caterer you love, you're welcome to bring them in as long as they meet our venue requirements.

Can we serve alcohol at our wedding?

Yes! You are welcome to serve alcohol at your wedding at 4 Points. We allow beer, wine, alcohol & even moonshine.

We want you to have the freedom to create the bar experience that fits your celebration.

Because alcohol service comes with important responsibilities, we do have requirements regarding professional bartending and appropriate insurance/liability coverage. We'll walk you through those requirements so you know exactly what is needed before your wedding.

Can we choose our own bartender?

Yes, provided your bartender meets our venue requirements.

You are welcome to choose a bartender you've worked with before or select one from our recommended vendors.

We do require bartending professionals to carry the appropriate liability insurance and liquor liability coverage for alcohol service at the venue. This protects you, your guests, the bartender, and 4 Points.

If you're not sure whether a bartender meets our requirements, ask us before you book them. We're happy to help you make sure everything is in place.

Can we have a cash bar?

We don't allow cash bars at 4 Points.

If you're trying to keep your bar costs within a particular budget, talk with your bartender about ways to create a great bar experience without an open-ended bar tab. There are lots of ways to keep things simple and budget-friendly while still giving your guests something to enjoy.

Our goal is to make the bar planning straightforward, so you can choose an option that fits your wedding and your budget.

Are food trucks allowed?

Absolutely! Food trucks can be a fun and memorable option for your wedding at 4 Points.

We welcome food trucks with an enclosed kitchen, and we've even got some great ideas for where they can park on the property so they work well with your wedding flow and guest experience.

We've also made things a little easier for our food-truck friends by having electricity and water available at the designated area, so they don't have to arrive and figure everything out from scratch.

Food trucks can be a great choice for couples who want something a little different from a traditional catered meal—or simply want to serve food that feels more like them. Whether you're thinking barbecue, tacos, pizza, burgers, late-night snacks, or something completely unique, we're happy to help you think through how it can work at 4 Points.

You bring the food truck you love. We'll help make sure it has a great place to work.

Ceremony & Reception

Where can we have our wedding ceremony?

You have several beautiful options at 4 Points!

Our property offers a variety of settings, so you can choose the atmosphere that feels right for your wedding. One of our most unique options is our creekside ceremony site, featuring approximately 2,500 square feet of flagstone surrounded by trees and dappled light, with beautiful Birds Creek flowing alongside it.

The property also offers other outdoor settings, including our fields and natural surroundings, as well as the patio attached to the ballroom.

If you're not sure which location is right for you, that's exactly what your tour is for. We can walk the property with you and help you envision where your ceremony, photos, and reception could all take place.

You don't have to arrive knowing exactly what you want. We'll help you see the possibilities.

What happens if it rains?

Don't worry—we have a plan!

While we love an outdoor Smoky Mountain ceremony, we know Mother Nature gets a vote. Our ballroom provides a beautiful indoor option so you don't have to spend your wedding day worrying about the weather.

We'll work with you on your ceremony and reception plans so that, if the weather doesn't cooperate, you have a comfortable and beautiful alternative.

And remember, rain doesn't have to mean a less beautiful wedding day. Sometimes the weather creates some of the most memorable photographs!

Can we have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception?

Absolutely! In fact, that's one of the things that makes 4 Points so flexible.

You can choose the ceremony setting that fits your vision and then move into the ballroom for your reception. You can also use the patio and other areas of the property throughout the day.

This gives you the best of both worlds: the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains for your ceremony and the comfort and convenience of our ballroom for dinner, dancing, and celebrating with your guests.

Is the reception space climate controlled?

Yes. Our ballroom is climate controlled, so your guests can enjoy the reception comfortably regardless of what the Smoky Mountain weather happens to be doing outside.

That's especially nice for destination weddings, where you're planning months in advance and can't possibly know whether your wedding day will be 75 degrees and sunny or a little more... Smoky Mountain.

You get the beautiful outdoor setting without having to gamble on the comfort of your guests.

How large is the reception space?

Our ballroom measures approximately 64 feet by 50 feet, or about 3,200 square feet, and can accommodate up to 200 guests.

There's room for your guest tables, dance floor, DJ or entertainment, buffet, bar, and all the other pieces that make a reception feel like a celebration rather than simply a room full of tables.

If you're planning a smaller wedding, the space works beautifully for that too. You don't need 200 guests to make the ballroom feel warm and inviting.

Can we have our ceremony at the creek?

Yes! Our creekside ceremony site is one of the most unique features of 4 Points.

The site includes approximately 2,500 square feet of flagstone, surrounded by trees and dappled light, with beautiful Birds Creek alongside it. It has a natural, intimate forest feel that is very different from a traditional ballroom or garden ceremony.

It's a wonderful option for couples who want their Smoky Mountain setting to be a genuine part of their ceremony—not simply something you see in the distance.

And because your ceremony and reception don't have to happen in the same place, you can take advantage of the creek for your ceremony and then celebrate in the ballroom afterward.

One accessibility note: The creekside ceremony site does have stairs on the bridge, so couples with guests who have mobility concerns may want to consider one of our other accessible ceremony options.

How does the ceremony transition to the reception?

One of the great things about having your wedding at 4 Points is that you have options for what happens between the ceremony and reception. Your guests don't have to simply sit around waiting for the next part of the day to begin.

If you're having your ceremony at the cafe lit patio, the creek side area makes a beautiful spot for cocktail hour. It's also a great place for lawn games, visiting with family and friends, or simply enjoying the natural surroundings while your reception space is being prepared.

We also have a dedicated tent space that can be used for couples who want a separate area for cocktail hour, games, mingling, or other parts of their celebration.

And, of course, you can use the patio attached to the ballroom as another gathering space before guests move inside for dinner and dancing.

We'll help you think through the flow of your day so that the transition feels natural rather than like everyone is being shuffled from one location to another.

The goal is to keep your guests enjoying themselves while you move seamlessly from “I do” to “let's celebrate!”

Location, Travel & Lodging

Where is 4 Points located?

4 Points is located in Sevierville, Tennessee, in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains.

We're conveniently located near Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, making us a great option for couples bringing family and friends in from out of town.

While you're close to everything your guests want to do in the Smokies, 4 Points itself feels peaceful and tucked away. You get the mountain setting without having to spend your wedding day in the middle of the tourist traffic.

How far is 4 Points from Gatlinburg?

4 Points is less than 10 miles from Gatlinburg, depending on your exact starting point and traffic.

That makes it easy for guests staying in Gatlinburg to attend your wedding while still giving you a beautiful setting away from the busiest parts of town.

One of the things destination couples love about the area is that your wedding can be part of a whole Smoky Mountain getaway. Guests can enjoy Gatlinburg before and after the wedding and still have an easy trip to the venue.

How far is 4 Points from Pigeon Forge?

4 Points is approximately less than 10 miles from Pigeon Forge, depending on your route and traffic.

Pigeon Forge gives your guests plenty of options for restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and attractions, making it a popular place to stay and play during a wedding weekend.

The nice part is that your guests can enjoy everything Pigeon Forge has to offer without your wedding venue being right in the middle of it all.

How far is 4 Points from Sevierville?

We're located right in Sevierville, so guests staying in the Sevierville area are conveniently close to the venue.

Sevierville also offers a wide variety of hotels, cabins, vacation rentals, restaurants, shopping, and other amenities, making it a convenient home base for your wedding guests.

Are the roads to 4 Points steep or difficult to drive?

No mountain-climbing expedition required!

While we're located in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, you don't have to navigate a steep mountain road to get to 4 Points.

We make you wiggle, but we don't make you climb.

Our location gives you that beautiful Smoky Mountain setting without requiring your guests to tackle the winding, steep roads you may encounter at some mountain venues.

That's particularly helpful for destination weddings when you're bringing grandparents, family members, and friends who aren't familiar with the area.

How much parking is available?

We have on-site parking for your wedding guests, so your guests don't have to worry about finding a separate parking area or walking a long distance to the venue.  53 cars of parking are conveniently adjacent to the venue, and we have an overflow lot as well.

Parking is located on the property and provides convenient access to the wedding spaces.

If you have guests with mobility concerns, we also have accessible parking and an accessible route into the venue.

Is there lodging near 4 Points?

Absolutely! One of the benefits of having your wedding in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area is the enormous variety of places for your guests to stay.

Your guests can choose from hotels, cabins, vacation rentals, resorts, and other accommodations at a variety of price points.

We also maintain a lodging resource to help couples and their guests get started. You don't have to find one hotel that works for everyone—your guests can choose the location, style, and price point that works best for them.

Are there vacation rentals nearby?

Yes! Vacation rentals are one of the most popular lodging options for Smoky Mountain weddings, particularly for families and groups traveling together.

Your guests can rent a cabin or vacation home and turn your wedding weekend into a Smoky Mountain getaway. Depending on the size of the group, sharing a cabin can also be a fun and economical alternative to booking several individual hotel rooms.

Some of our lodging recommendations are within walking distance of the venue, making them ideal for the bridal party, parents, or your honeymoon!

We have a lodging resource with options to help your guests get started.

Is 4 Points a good location for a destination wedding?

We think so! One of the best things about a Smoky Mountain wedding is that your guests don't have to travel just for the wedding—they can turn it into a vacation.

With Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park all nearby, your guests have plenty to do before and after your celebration. Families can visit attractions, couples can explore the mountains, and everyone can enjoy the restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities the area is known for.

And then there's your wedding at 4 Points: a peaceful setting in the foothills where everyone can come together to celebrate.

It's a wedding weekend, not just a wedding day. And that's one of the things we love most about hosting destination weddings.

Tours & Booking

Do I need an appointment to tour 4 Points?

Yes—and that's intentional.

We don't believe in opening the doors one day a month and having a crowd of couples tour the property at the same time. When you tour 4 Points, we want you to feel like our only couple.

Tours are scheduled individually so we can give you our time and attention, answer your questions, walk the property with you, and talk through what your wedding could actually look like here.

You'll have time to explore the ceremony sites, ballroom, patio, creek, photo opportunities, and all the little details that make 4 Points unique.

This isn't a cattle call. It's your tour, and we want you to feel special from the very beginning.

Do you offer planning time after we've booked?

Yes—and this is one of the things we're particularly proud to offer our couples.

Once you've booked your wedding at 4 Points, you can reserve an open date on our calendar for a 90-minute planning appointment at no additional charge.

This isn't just a meeting around a table. Come play!

You can look through our included décor, experiment with different pieces, try out arrangements, and start honing in on how you want your wedding day to look and flow.

Bring your mom. Bring your bridesmaids. Bring your planner. Bring your Pinterest board. Bring the person who keeps saying, “I have an idea!”

You have the space and time to work through the details before your wedding day, rather than trying to figure everything out when the clock is ticking.

How do I schedule a tour?

Simply reach out to us and we'll find a time that works for you.

Because we schedule tours individually, we can give you our full attention instead of trying to squeeze you into a group tour with a dozen other couples.

How do I book my date at 4 Points?

Booking your wedding at 4 Points is simple. Your date is officially reserved once we have your signed rental agreement and a $500 payment.

The $500 payment is applied toward your total venue balance—it isn't an additional booking fee. After your date is reserved, the remaining balance is divided into a payment plan, making it easier to spread the cost of your venue rental over time.

Your final payment is due one month before your wedding date, so everything is paid in full before your big day arrives.

We’ll walk you through the agreement and payment schedule so you know exactly what to expect. And if you're planning your destination wedding from out of town, don't worry—you don't have to make a special trip to Tennessee just to book your date.

Ready to reserve your date? We'd love to help you get started!

How long does a tour take?

A tour typically takes about 20 minutes, but we block an hour for each couple.

Your tour should give you enough time to really experience 4 Points, ask questions, look at the different ceremony and reception possibilities, and start imagining your wedding here.

We'll walk the property with you, show you the spaces, talk through how weddings typically flow, and answer your questions. And if you want to stand in the ballroom and start moving imaginary tables around in your head... you're absolutely speaking our language.

We want you to leave with a clear understanding of what 4 Points can offer—not just a brochure and a handshake.

Can we come back to 4 Points to work on our wedding plans? Absolutely.

Our couples can reserve available dates for 90-minute planning appointments at no charge. It's a great opportunity to revisit the space as your plans come together.

Sometimes you need to physically stand in the room before you know whether the sweetheart table should go there, whether those lanterns look better on the tables or along the aisle, or exactly how you want your ceremony and reception to flow.

That's what the planning appointments are for.

Planning appointments are most easily accommodated on Mondays-Wednesdays, but we are happy to share other days as our calendar allows.

We're happy to give you the space to figure it out.

Can we use 4 Points for a photo shoot before our wedding?

Yes, when the venue is available.

If you'd like to come back for engagement photos, bridal portraits, or another special photo session, ask us about available dates and times.

We love seeing couples use the property in different ways, and having a little extra time here can give your photographer the opportunity to explore some of the many photo locations around 4 Points.

Can we come back to 4 Points for photos after our wedding?

This is one of our favorite things about being a 4 Points couple.

Your photo courtesies at 4 Points extend “forever and ever, amen.”

Your wedding day doesn't have to be the last time you enjoy the property. Subject to availability, you're welcome to return for future photo sessions—whether that's family photos, Christmas card pictures, anniversary portraits, or simply documenting another special chapter of your life together.

We love the idea that the place where you got married can become part of your family's story for years to come.

Your wedding may be one day, but your relationship with 4 Points doesn't have to end when the last dance is over.

Can we take family photos at 4 Points?

Yes!

One of the special benefits of being a 4 Points couple is that your photo courtesies extend beyond your wedding day. Subject to availability, you're welcome to return for family photo sessions, holiday pictures, anniversary photos, or other milestones.

So someday, the little ones who attended your wedding might be the ones running around the property for your family photos.

We'd love for 4 Points to be a place you come back to—not just a place you remember.

What happens after our wedding?

We hope your relationship with 4 Points doesn't end when your wedding day does.

Our couples receive ongoing photo courtesies at 4 Points, which means you can return to the property for future photo sessions, subject to availability. Come back for anniversary pictures, family portraits, Christmas card photos, or simply to capture another season of your life together.

We love hearing from our couples and seeing where life takes them after their wedding.

You aren't just booking a wedding venue. You're becoming part of the 4 Points family—and we hope you'll come back and visit us “forever and ever, amen.”

The Little Things Couples Ask

Is there Wi-Fi at 4 Points?

No—and we like to be upfront about that.

Because of our location in the foothills, reliable high-speed internet isn't available at 4 Points.

In the Smokies this is not unusual, and Wi-Fi ends up being far less important than couples initially expect. Your DJ and vendors will plan ahead for anything they need to have downloaded.

And there's an unexpected upside: for a few hours, your favorite people have a pretty good excuse to put down their phones, hit the dance floor, and actually be where their feet are.

Can our dog be part of our wedding?

Couples may have one dog at the venue for up to one hour, giving you time to include your pup in your ceremony, portraits, or another special part of your wedding day.

Dogs must remain outside and on a leash at all times, and you'll need to designate someone other than the bride or groom to be responsible for your pet while they're at the venue.  That means if it rains and you need an indoor ceremony, your pet will not be able to participate.

We do require a simple pet registration ahead of time so we know who's joining us and can make sure everyone has a safe and happy experience.

Bring the dog. Get the pictures. Give them a treat. Then let their designated person take them somewhere comfortable while you get back to celebrating!

Is there cell service at the venue?

Cell service can vary depending on your carrier and where you are on the property. Because we're in the Smoky Mountain foothills, we always recommend that couples, wedding parties, and vendors download anything important ahead of time rather than relying on a connection during the wedding.

That includes playlists, timelines, documents, or anything else you'll need on the day.

A little preparation ahead of time means technology doesn't get to be the boss of your wedding day.

Can we bring our own decorations and personal items?

Absolutely!

We want your wedding to look and feel like you. You're welcome to bring personal décor, signs, photographs, florals, centerpieces, and other details that make the celebration your own.

You can also mix your pieces with our collection of included décor. During one of your complimentary 90-minute planning appointments, you can even come to the venue, look through what we have, and play around with different combinations before deciding what you need to bring or purchase.

Use ours. Bring yours. Mix them together. Have fun with it.

Can family and friends help with our wedding?

Absolutely—and we see it all the time.

Not every part of a wedding has to be handled by a paid professional. If you've got an aunt who's amazing with flowers, a best friend who loves decorating, or a family member who's happiest when they're given a job, they're welcome to be part of bringing your plans together.

For the things you'd rather hand off to a professional, our recommended vendor list is there to help. And you're always welcome to bring in talented professionals you've found on your own.

At 4 Points, you can hire the help you want, accept the help you have, and decide where your wedding budget matters most to you.

Do you have restrictions on decorations?

We love seeing how couples transform 4 Points, and we give you plenty of freedom to personalize the space. We do have a few guidelines designed to protect the property and keep everyone safe, so we'll go over those with you as you plan.

If you're dreaming about something unusual, just ask us before purchasing or building it. Chances are we've seen a lot of creative wedding ideas over the years, and we're always happy to talk through yours.

Our goal isn't to limit your creativity—it's to help you bring your ideas to life safely and without any wedding-day surprises.

Who do we contact if we have questions while we're planning?

Us! Please ask.

Destination wedding planning can come with questions you never expected to have—and we don't expect you to figure everything out by yourself.

Between our recommended vendor resources, complimentary planning appointments, rehearsal time, and years of experience hosting weddings at 4 Points, there's a lot of knowledge here for you to tap into.

Sometimes the answer is simple. Sometimes we'll point you toward a vendor who can help.

We're here to be a resource throughout your planning—not just the people who unlock the doors on your wedding day.

Still Have Questions? Let's Connect!

We know that not every couple can make it to the mountains before booking their wedding—and that’s completely okay!

Many of our couples are planning their Smoky Mountain wedding from out of town (even out of the Country), and some don’t see 4 Points in person until their wedding weekend. We’ve designed the planning process with destination couples in mind, and we’re happy to help you feel comfortable with your decision even if you can’t visit beforehand.

If you can make the trip, we’d love to meet you! We offer private tours so you can walk the property, see the ceremony and reception spaces, explore the photo spots, and start imagining your wedding here.

Can’t make it to Tennessee? Let’s talk anyway. You can schedule a phone call with us or ask your questions by email. We’re happy to walk you through the property, talk through your plans, and help you decide if 4 Points feels like the right fit.

And if you’re one of those people who would rather text your best friend than make a phone call—we get it. 😊 You don’t have to pick up the phone and hope someone answers. Just schedule a call for a time that works for you.

Whether you visit us in person, chat with us from home, or meet us for the first time at your rehearsal, we’re here to make you feel like you’ve known us all along.
